A Smarter Approach to Fraud

For twenty years I’ve served the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office, and as a former investigator I’ve watched fraud, scams, and internet crimes grow more convincing every year, costing our residents tens of thousands of dollars. As your Sheriff, I’ll expand our investigative reach through partnerships with state and federal agencies, and keep educating the public on the warning signs through social media and community events. I’ll also work with County Council to require fraud-warning labels on every crypto and Bitcoin ATM in the county. When elected, I look forward to holding accountable anyone who takes advantage of our citizens, residents, and guests.
